- 2 (16 oz) containers of sour cream
- 8 oz bacon. cooked and chopped
- 2 cup shredded cheddar
- 1 packages ranch dip mix
- 1 30 oz bag shredded hash browns
Preheat the oven to 400°
Combine the first four ingredients in a large bowl.
Add hash browns. Stir well.
Spray a 13×9 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Spread mixture into dish.
Bake for 50-60 minutes. Until golden brown.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
