Ham and Cheese Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 (32-oz) package frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 pound cooked diced ham
  • 2 (10.75-oz) cans condensed cream of potato soup
  • 1 (16-oz) container sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1½ cups grated parmesan cheese

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees f.

Step 2: use a cooking spray to lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

Step 3: add the hash browns, ham, cream of potato soup, sour cream, and cheddar cheese in a large bowl. Mix well.

Step 4: Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan. Spread, then, sprinkle with parmesan cheese on top.

Step 5: place inside the preheated oven and bake for about an hour, uncovered, until bubbly and a bit brown.

Note: Make this ahead and just refrigerate or freeze until ready to serve. Completely thaw before baking as instructed above.
