4. You always have a guilty conscience

Now comes the particularly treacherous thing about it: By leaving out the things that are actually important to you due to stress, you get a guilty conscience because you fear that the children will miss out. The guilty conscience then stresses us even more – a vicious circle develops. A constant guilty conscience for no apparent reason is also a sign of far too much stress.
